Rory Kozoll serves as Senior Vice President of Core Services for Match Group, and Tinder’s Product Integrity pillar. In his role at Tinder, he leads a team focused on ensuring that Tinder’s community is authentic, respectful, and equipped with the tools and resources they need to meet new people safely.
As a member of Tinder’s senior leadership team for several years, Rory has driven impact throughout the organization, leading initiatives across the business including Trust & Safety, Identity, Privacy & Compliance, Foundations, Tools & Data, Product Inclusion, Social Impact, and Core Product. In his role at Match Group, Rory is leading a group of Product Managers, Engineers, Policy, Operations, and Trust & Safety specialists to support the entire Match Group portfolio in their safety and operational efficiency efforts.
Prior to Tinder, Rory built tools that modernized the casting process for the advertising and entertainment industries. Before that, he was a working actor, writer, and director for the stage and screen. Rory holds degrees from Harvard and The University of Utah.
